Introduction
A Montessori school is a community of children and adults with one of the fundamental ideas being stewardship. Many Montessori schools such as ours consciously organize programs of community service that utilize everyone’s ability to donate time, treasure or talent. This directory of businesses is a new additional that other Montessori schools have had great success with and so will we.
The new KMS Referral Directory is a tool whose intent is two fold. First it is intended to attract the diverse family owned businesses within our community and second to offer our household’s a way to consciously seek goods and services from one another. Many of the businesses may offer discounts and the commerce within our community could make a difference in our lives that can be counted in much greater ways then just dollars. Besides, wouldn’t you rather have the choice of working with someone’s family that your children go to school and play with?
